Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. This intense total-body workout is a great way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength, coordination, and balance.

Cardio kickboxing does not involve physical contact between competitors — it's a cardiovascular workout that's done solely for its many benefits.

Our classes start with 10-15 minutes warm-up, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, followed by a 30-40 minute kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. We will end the session with 10 minutes of stretching and muscle conditioning.

Spinning

Are you looking for an awesome aerobic workout? Then spinning may be what you are looking for! Spinning is an indoor cycling class that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle focusing on endurance, strength, toning and form – All while burning some serious calories.

Go at your own pace as the instructor guides you through the workout phases – Warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool-downs. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike.

Are you looking for an awesome fun workout? Then Zumba may be what you are looking for! Zumba is the latest exercise craze that combines Latin music and dance to make a super fun total body workout.

It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow workout – You don't even notice that you are actually burning calories and losing weight, it is so much fun! Each class is one hour in length and includes a warm up, an abdominal workout and cool down.
